Corporate Partnership Opportunities

We invite you to join Adaptive Environments and the Rhode Island School of Design as a Corporate Partner for the Web Design that Works for Everyone conference this October at RISD. Our goal is simple: to be a catalyst for bringing great design and accessibility together on the web. Leading figures in design and accessibility are on board. Join us as a corporate leader committed to accessibility and attuned to the power of design.

All corporate partnerships will include:

Company name and logo featured in all digital and text materials.
Promotional flyer or product in each conference attendee packet.
Link from the conference website to your corporate URL.
Event sponsors' names and logos will be showcased on site banners designed by our RISD collaborators.
A Friday luncheon hosted by RISD President Roger Mandle for corporate partners and keynoters.
Tax deductible contribution to a 501(c)3 organization.

$20,000 Friday Evening Reception Sponsor
Catered reception under the canopy next to the Auditorium along River Park.
$20,000 Corporate Sponsor for Website Exemplars
The field needs models for great websites that are designed well and that are accessible to everyone. The product of a comprehensive quest - website extracts plus 'why it works' narrative - will be unveiled at the conference and available to a broader audience after the event.
$15,000 Continental Breakfast
Sponsor the welcome event of the conference on Friday morning.
$10,000 Corporate Partner
Prominent billing in header of all communications and in banners on stage at the event.
$7,500 Access accommodations for registrants with disabilities
(e.g., ASL interpreters, CART, Braille, transportation).
$5,000 Sponsor a keynote presenter
$5,000 Sponsor continental breakfast on Saturday
$5,000 - $20,000 Scholarship Sponsor
